La ADV S.r.l., in qualità di Titolare del trattamento, Ti informa che l’indirizzo E-mail che Ti è stato richiesto all’atto dell’abbonamento, e altri Tuoi dati personali eventualmente forniti in modo volontario, saranno trattati al solo scopo di trasmetterTi le Newsletter richieste e qualsiasi altro servizio personalizzato al quale aderirai. La ADV S.r.l. non raccoglie i Tuoi dati “sensibili”.

Sicurezza dei dati

Collection of information and Membership of the services provided

The ADV Ltd. in the name of the person responsible for the electronic processing, is pleased to inform you that the e-mail address that you asked for at the moment of membership, and other personal data voluntarily supplied, will be used with the unique aim of sending you the requested Newsletter and any other personalized service that you ask for. The ADV Ltd. will not collect your personal and private data (for example: health, race and religion etc.)

Safety of Data

Your personal data will be processed by electronic means. ADV Ltd. employs all the computer science security measures advised by the law to guarantee the privacy of your personal data, and within its possible limits, the danger of illegal access, the theft, alteration or changing of your personal data. It is impossible, however, to browse on the net, without being “controlled.” The transmission of your data to the ADV Ltd. is therefore always at your own responsibility.
Providing further personal data on your side is optional, but it could help us to provide a better service, offering always more detailed information and more adapted to your needs and requirements (offers of new services, commercial offers etc.)
The membership cannot be acquired through other peoples E-mail addresses.
We are against all forms of violation of privacy against third parties, therefore it is illegal to use methods of inscription with E-mail addresses different from one’s own.

According the law 675/96, you have the right to ask for, in any moment, the access, the cancellation, the modification and the up-dating of your personal data, the block - for legal reasons - of the electronic data processing.
